The 2004 Alamos Maceración Atenuada has a light red cherry color derived from short maceration. The nose is fresh, with red fruit flavors of raspberry and strawberry and some crispy hints of pink grapefruit. On the palate, an initial sweetness leads to balanced, fresh acidity and a delicate, long, lingering finish This is elegant, balanced wine is ideal with seafood, green salad and cheese.
