Fact Sheet

The Catena 1997 Malbec has a deep, dark violet color. The wine has a complex nose of black raspberry and red currant fruit with elements of smoke and spice. The mouth feel is soft and smooth with ripe flavors layered with notes of chocolate and toast. The wine is full bodied, with excellent balance, round, sweet tannins and a lengthy finish.

Total Production: 5800 9 liter cases.
