DV Catena Syrah – Syrah is a complex and elegant wine. Of a deep violet colour with black hues, the nose is intense, displaying ripe plum and leather with subtle vanilla, tobacco and liqueur notes.
On the palate, a sweet, enticing entry leads to a complex, ample wine of soft,
round tannins that linger throughout the finish.
This wine is ideal with beef, lamb and spicy pasta. Also a perfect match with dried fruit and chocolate.
