Tasting Notes

Fact Sheet

Saint Felicien Syrah 2004 is an elegant, complex wine of a dark, violet color. The nose is rich with concentrated ripe blueberry and plum laced with leather and subtle liqueur, tobacco and vainilla hints. On the palate, an unctuous, sweet attack leads to a complex wine of an excellent harmony, provided by its lovely silky tannins.  This wine is a perfect match with pasta, beef and spicy lamb. Also goes well with chocolate and dried fruit.
