Of a deep red ruby color, the nose offers intense cassis and dark berries laced with subtle pepper and clove. On the palate, it is a rich, long and complex wine, with soft, silky tannins that create a lingering finish.

Fermentation: Selected yeast. Max.Ferm. Temp: 27ºC, for 12 days. 20 day maceration.
Aging: 16 months in 90% French oak and 10% American oak.
